Development projects may require a separate proposal for technical work, samples, or tooling.

03 — Review Samples & Artwork

Where required, samples and packaging artwork are reviewed before production.

You provide: Consolidated feedback and the required approvals.

We clarify together: Revisions, final specifications, and the approved reference for the order.

04 — Confirm the Order

The agreed product and commercial details are brought together before production is arranged.

You provide: Order confirmation and fulfillment of the agreed payment conditions.

We clarify together: Quantities, specifications, packaging, inspection requirements, and delivery terms.

05 — Production & Shipment Preparation

Production is coordinated with the manufacturing partner. The agreed checks and packaging arrangements are completed as part of shipment preparation.

You provide: Any outstanding shipping instructions or required confirmations.

We clarify together: Shipment readiness, relevant documents, and any matters requiring resolution before dispatch.

06 — Dispatch & Follow-Up

The order is handed over according to the agreed shipping arrangements.

You provide: Receiving details and any feedback after arrival.

We clarify together: Available shipment information and the next steps if an order-related issue needs attention.
